After a short consultation I'll use my knowledge and experience to work at bringing balance to your body and mind, encouraging its own calming and healing responses. No two treatments are ever exactly the same as I work with the imbalances your feet or face show me that day.

Deeply Relaxing Foot Reflexology 

Using specific finger and thumb techniques pressure is applied to the reflexes (pressure points) on the feet, releasing built up energy throughout the whole body and inducing a

deep state of relaxation. The mind, body and soul are left feeling balanced and rejuvenated.
